Add colour
and aroma to your plate
You eye will never miss a billboard with so many
brightly coloured graphic designs. This you can use as a weapon to fight
anorexia by bringing colour to your dishes. Vegetables are the sure paint you
should be using.
While trying to paint your way to an increased
appetite, never forget to get “aroma” a much bigger smell. A good aroma can
help your develop appetite for any food.

Eat with
family or friends
Maybe “lonely” is not giving your appetite an
audience to perform. Eating with family and friends will surely motivate you to

Exercise and
get happy
The engine of the car needs to be heated to
enhance a better “travel”. Lack of physical activity can have a negative effect
