We all like simple and straight-forward pointers

Fanta and Pepsi.
8. Unless
medically advised, avoid taking supplements and rather go-in for natural
sources of whatever nutrient you looking.
9. Reduce
your intake of highly Salted foods. Choose natural foods whiles limiting your
intake of processed foods.
10. Make
the somewhat difficult but healthy decision to know a little if not a whole about
what you eat or want to eat. Do a little research or ask an expert as it will
pay off accordingly.
11. Practice
good food hygiene and avoid buying from unclean food venders. Honestly, make a
habit of “home-eating”.
12. Always
read the nutritional information/label on all food products not just for fun
but, allow it influence your decision to buy or not. Buy “healthy always.
