THE 12-TIP SIMPLE HEALTHY EATING TEAM WITH YOU AS THE COACH/MANAGER | NUTALK

We all like simple and straight-forward pointers on getting anything done. So I am going to do just that for you all and read below concise tips that will keep healthy a life-mate.



THE 12-TIPS TEAM
All our below players are very important in winning the healthy eating match.

1. Drink at least 6-8 cups of water daily. Simple-check, observe the colour of your urine, yellow mostly means you are dehydrated.

2. Make vegetables an “always-present” in all your dishes daily. Coloured-variety of veggies is the best.

3. Never go a day without eating a fruit(s). Remember, unlike other foods, they contain variety of nutrients same as veggies.


4. Choose fish over meat all the time. However, when going in for meat, choose those with no white stripes of triglycerides (fats).

5. Avoid cooking vegetables for longer periods. Eat them in healthy-Salad (moderate your use of mayonnaise or salad creams in your salads.

6. Moderate your drinking of alcoholic drinks and totally stopping is a much healthier choice. Why take in drinks you squeeze your face as you do?

7. Stop/avoid from this very moment, the drinking of sodas/soft drinks like Coca-Cola, sprite, Fanta and Pepsi.


8. Unless medically advised, avoid taking supplements and rather go-in for natural sources of whatever nutrient you looking.

9. Reduce your intake of highly Salted foods. Choose natural foods whiles limiting your intake of processed foods.



10. Make the somewhat difficult but healthy decision to know a little if not a whole about what you eat or want to eat. Do a little research or ask an expert as it will pay off accordingly.

11. Practice good food hygiene and avoid buying from unclean food venders. Honestly, make a habit of “home-eating”.

12. Always read the nutritional information/label on all food products not just for fun but, allow it influence your decision to buy or not. Buy “healthy always.
