RECOVERY/CONVALESCENT FOODS AFTER FALLING SICK | NUTALK


The reason why we fall sick is because our immune system “loses-out” in its fight against a virus or bacteria. When we do however recover from a sickness, our immune system is at a weaker-point and thus require a nutritious “ladder” to climb back to an optimal point.

These particularly contain lots of antioxidants to re-enforce your immune system. They are easily digested and nutrients absorbed without stressing your digestive system. DO WELL TO EAT LOTS OF FRESH FRUITS AND VEGETABLES to provide you with vitamins and minerals that trigger a “rocket” pace of recovery.

WATER
Remember to keep hydrated to help you feel refreshed always.
