EAT IN BITS

AVOIDING COLD MEALS
Cold meals naturally may cause you to suffer nausea and there-of vomit. I advise you to go-in for warm/hot meals to awaken your senses and kick-away nausea.

AVOID DRINKING TOO MUCH FLUID AFTER MEALS
You should look out to avoid drinking too much fluid after meals. Taking too much fluid bloats your stomach and provide a medium for causative viruses or bacteria to irritate your stomach leading to you throwing-up.

EAT PEPPER HOT FOODS
Capsaicin is responsible for the ‘hotness’ in pepper and helps ginger a natural feeling of alertness. This can help reduce your episodes of vomiting.
