COMPARING TWO FOOD PRODUCTS USING THEIR NUTRITION LABELS/INFORMATION/FACTS | NUTALK

When comparing two products of same or different brands;

1.You should use the Percent Daily Value (DV%)

2.You have to make sure the servings sizes are similar, especially the weight. This will
help you spot which foods are higher or lower in nutrients (USA, FDA).

3.There is no need memorizing the definitions on nutritional labels, just make use of the DV% of each food product you want to buy.

4.If your favorite food is one that is high in saturated fats, go for foods that are low in saturated fats at other times of the day (US, FDA).
