DIET FOR A BETTER SEX LIFE (MALE & FEMALE) | NUTALK

It’s the wish of everyone to please his or her partner when they have sexual intercourse and leave a lasting impression on them. The wish is to leave our partners wanting more and this is usually achieved by the use of aphrodisiacs like Viagra, Spanish flour etc.
However, these have their own side-effects and a better option of using what we take into a body’s everyday as a natural sexual aphrodisiac is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

We are going to talk about dietary recommendations for a better sex-life for women and men separately and finally enumerate the general recommendations.
Dr. Nalini Chilkov states, “Love foods that stimulate desire are prized in cultures worldwide. These foods have circulatory, relaxant and muscle strengthening effects, or visual, tactile or sensory impact that stimulates the psyche. The brain, after all is the largest sexual organ in the body."

Not following the rule let’s put the men first.

Most men have problems maintaining an erection for longer periods to satisfy their partners and this can be caused by several factors including their food habits. Viagra and other aphrodisiacs in the long term weaken the blood vessels in penis due to forced and long erections.

Some diet regimes your need to make your habit include:

ELIMINATE JUNK FOOD
Eating a healthy diet promotes physical and emotional health as well as healthy sexual function and virility. A poor diet, one lacking in adequate nutrients and antioxidants, can result in a low sex drive and sexual performance problems, including impotence. Eat a diet heavy in fruits and vegetables, whole grains, fish and lean cuts of meat, and low-fat dairy to increase sexual virility and improve sexual function.

ADD GARLIC TO YOUR DIET
Garlic is a sexual super food that can increase your sexual virility. Garlic is rich in allicin, which can improve blood flow to the sexual organs, which in turn promotes healthy sexual function and strong, hard erections. Cut up some garlic and sprinkle it on your favorite foods or take a garlic supplement (but eat natural). YOU CAN JUST INCLUDE GARLIC IN YOU MEALS IN WHATEVER WAY.

 ADD AVOCADO TO YOUR DIET
Avocados are rich in folic acid and high in vitamin B6, both of which help to regulate sexual hormone function, which in turn helps to optimize sexual health and sexual virility. Add some avocado slices to your salad or on your sandwich.
A recent report stated organic Sicilian avocados are taking Europe by storm. Apparently the Europeans can't get enough of them.  The ancient Aztec's nickname for avocado was "ahuacatl," or testicle because of the fruit's shapely form. The Catholic Spanish priests found avocados so sexy; they forbade them to their parishioners

CHILIES/RED PEPPER
The stuff that makes chilies hot, capsaicin can actually lift up your libido. Have you ever noticed a natural high when eating chilies? Capsaicin promotes the release of chemicals that can raise your heart rate and trigger the release of endorphins that give you a natural high, which pumps that libido.

 EAT A BANANA DAILY
Bananas are another sexual super food that can help improve sexual function and increase sexual virility. Bananas are high in bromelain and B-vitamins, both of which are potent sexual hormone regulators that can help improve sexual function, sexual desire, and sexual virility. Add a banana to your daily diet.

OK let’s talk female:

In a similar light, some women have great difficulty feeling sexual desire, having an orgasm, or experiencing any sexual satisfaction at all. Women like to be relaxed, aroused, and seduced and sometimes all three. There are many different ways to experience sexual pleasure and can reach orgasm through various means.

BUT THE FACT REMAINS
If certain biochemical and physical pathways are not working exactly right, no amount of romancing we receive will ever get them to feel desire and achieve orgasm.

FEMALE SEXUAL DYSFUNCTION
Indeed a large percentage of women can't have an orgasm, have great trouble reaching orgasm, and/or experience little or no libido at all. These women are not unusual; they are actually suffering from female sexual dysfunction (FSD), which is defined as the inability to orgasm or difficulty in doing so, low or non-existent libido, the loss of sensation and sexual responsiveness, and pain with intercourse.
Ladies here is your solution and we call it the;

THE ORGASMIC DIET
Though yet to undergo any documented research, responses from women as old as forty has one saying, she and her husband went from ending nearly every sexual encounter in tears to acting like a couple of newlyweds. She added, we have gone from going through the motions quickly three to four times a month to enjoying long, intense encounters three to four times each week.
It’s quite simple:
1.Eat a diet high in protein (preferably animal protein//fish and meat)
2.Eat a diet Low in carbohydrates (reduce the serving size of cooked grains//e.g. corn, rice)
3.Eat a  diet moderate in particular fats ( reduce intake of foods with high saturated fat content//e.g.  pork, red meat, palm oil)
4.Eat fish as frequently it contains Omega-3 acid which promotes better nerve function (or take fish oils supplements).
5.Take lots of vitamins and minerals (meal in those vegetables and fruits)
6.Reduce or eliminate caffeine consumption (drink water, fruit juices or decaffeinated teas)
7.Eat a good amount of dark chocolate (you can share it with your partner in bed)
8.Exercise your PC muscles (Pubococcygeus muscle) . You PC tone have already been proven to help female sexual response; especially with a high correlation to vaginal orgasmic ability (do some walking, jogging, waist-turns etc.)

OTHER ACCOMPANYING RECOMMENDATIONS FOR BOTH SEXES

GET ADEQUATE SLEEP
Your body needs adequate amounts of sleep in order to maximize sexual performance and sexual virility. A lack of sleep is a major cause of low sex drive and/or sexual problems. Strive to get at least 7-9 hours of sleep each night to increase and maintain sexual virility. Take afternoon rests or naps when possible.

DE-STRESS REGULARLY
Chronic stress is toxic to the body and can negatively impact sexual virility and sexual function. Strive to keep stress levels as low as possible in order to maximize not only your health and well-being, but to increase your sexual virility and sex drive. Meditate on a regular basis; do yoga moves in addition to deep breathing exercises to help unwind and de-stress.

EXERCISE REGULARLY
In addition to improving mental and physical health, regular exercise promotes healthy sexual function and helps to improve sexual virility. Aim to exercise at least 4-5 times per week, incorporating moderate cardiovascular exercise in addition to strength training. Regular exercise promotes healthy blood circulation and increases testosterone and growth hormone levels, all of which promote increased sexual virility.
