DIET FOR A BETTER SEX-LIFE (FEMALES) | NUTALK

Okay, it usually is the men that are unfortunately supposed to get things done on bed but we say, “no matter how long you put wine in a freezer, it never will get cold if the freezer is turned off”. You therefore need to play your role/part in getting things “happy” on bed with your partner.

Dr. Nalini Chilkov L.Ac., O.M.D. writes, “Love foods that stimulate desire are prized in cultures worldwide. These foods have circulatory, relaxant and muscle strengthening effects, or visual, tactile or sensory impact that stimulates the psyche. The brain, after all is the largest sexual organ in the body."

ROMANCE
Most women have great difficulty feeling sexual desire, having an orgasm, or experiencing any sexual satisfaction at all. Women like to be relaxed, aroused, and seduced and sometimes all three. There are many different ways to experience sexual pleasure and can reach orgasm through various means.
But the fact remains: if certain biochemical and physical pathways are not working exactly right, no amount of romancing we receive will ever get them to feel desire and achieve orgasm.

FEMALE SEXUAL DYSFUCNTION
Indeed a large percentage of women can’t have an orgasm, have great trouble reaching orgasm, and/or experience little or no libido at all.
These women are not unusual; they are actually suffering from Female Sexual Dysfunction (FSD), which is defined as the inability to orgasm or difficulty in doing so, low or non-existent libido, the loss of sensation and sexual responsiveness, and pain with intercourse.
Now let’s talk food.

THE ORGASMIC DIET
Looking through all existing literature we came across a lot recommended dietary habits and we were particular intrigued about a diet called “ORGASMIC DIET”.
Though yet to undergo any documented research, responses from women as old as forty has one saying, she and her husband went from ending nearly every sexual encounter in tears to acting like a couple of newlyweds. She added, we have gone from going through the motions quickly three to four times a month to enjoying long, intense encounters three to four times each week.
It’s quite simple:
1.Eat a diet high in protein (preferably animal protein//fish and meat).

2.Eat a diet Low in carbohydrates (reduce the serving size of cooked grains//e.g. corn, rice)

3.Eat a  diet moderate in particular fats ( reduce intake of foods with high saturated fat content//e.g.  pork, red meat, palm oil)

4.Eat fish as frequently it contains Omega-3 acid which promotes better nerve function (or take fish oils supplements)

5.Take lots of vitamins and minerals (meal in those vegetables and fruits)

6.Reduce or eliminate caffeine consumption (drink water, fruit juices or decaffeinated teas)

7.Eat a good amount of dark chocolate (you can share it with your partner in bed)

8.Exercise your PC muscles (Pubococcygeus muscle) . You PC tone have already been proven to help female sexual response; especially with a high correlation to vaginal orgasmic ability (do some walking, jogging, waist-turns etc.)

GENERAL DIETARY RECOMMENDATIONS

Oysters
They have long been suspected as a love drug. Cleopatra (Ancient Egyptian queen of great beauty who was the Caesar's lover) and Casanova (a legendary womanizer) had one thing in common, they loved oysters. Legend has it that Casanova ate dozens of oysters per day. The Venetian (from Venice (city in Italy)) romancer once seduced a vestal virgin by seductively sliding an oyster from his mouth to hers. If that doesn't get you in the mood, I don't know what will! In fact, current research proves our suspicion.  Oysters improve dopamine levels which boosts libido in men and women. Oysters are also high in zinc which is vital for testosterone production and healthy sperm.

Cocoa or Chocolate
All chocolate comes from cacao bean. In its processed form it is known as cocoa. The Aztecs (ancient empire situated in present day Mexico) referred to cacao as nourishment of the Gods. Modern day foodies know raw cacao in its pure unadulterated form is a super-food. It has more antioxidants than green tea or red wine. It also contains a stimulating chemical known as phenylethlamine that stimulates the sense of excitement and well-being. The Journal of Sexual Medicine published a study that found, women who enjoyed a piece of chocolate every day had a more active sex life than those who didn't.

Asparagus
Known for its suggestive shape, asparagus is high in a B vitamin known as folate that aids in increasing the production of histamine. Histamine is important for a healthy sex drive in men and women. The most delicious asparagus is just picked, it is so sweet.

CONCLUSION
Give you partner that excitement during sexual intercourse by adopting our above recommendations.
