Christmas
is celebrated to mark the birth of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. This occasion
is always accompanied with preparation and eating of meals that one might not
eat on a regular day.
Now
let’s ring the bell on the tips about ‘what a healthy Christmas Meal’ is.
● A
healthy Christmas/New Year meal is one that will not cause you to lose your
ability to have “agile-fun”. Simply put, a meal that will not fill every corner
of your stomach causing you to feel “food-lazy”. Eat lighter meals that will not take any gear
out of your day.
● A meal that contains lots of fresh vegetables can be considered healthy. Why not?
Have a “Xmas/New Year Salad” to make your day.
● It
should be low on fat and try to avoid a lot of frying during this occasion. Don’t
invest in tasty bad meals to later suffer the consequences.
● It
is a norm to have a lot of spices put into meals to enhance taste and aroma
around this period. Remember, nothing matters but the nutrients you get out of the
meals you eat once you ingest them.
● A
Christmas/New Year fruit for everyone is a healthy decision or how about a ‘Fruit
Salad’?
CONCLUSION
A
healthy Christmas/New Year meal is one with good amount of vegetables, less
heavy, less fatty and less spicy.
