HOW TO MAKE A BANANA SMOOTHIE | NUTALK

Bananas (Read => Buying the right banana to prevent illness/death) are not just cheap compared to other fruits on the market but , they are a bag of nutrients.
The carbohydrate in them gives instant energy for athletes and the dietary fiber provides a feeling of satisfaction. Bananas are the number 1 source of potassium which is good for blood pressure and heart health as it counteracts the effect of
sodium.
They also boost of countless amounts of minerals, vitamins, pre-biotic and are low in fat. A Banana smoothie is an easy and quick refreshing recipe to make.

PROCEDURE
1.Slice the bananas into a blender (quantity depends on  the fill capacity of the blender and your own discretion),
2.Add some ice cubes, 1 tablespoonful of vanilla (also under your taste discretion) preferably add  low fat milk(quantity is also to your discretion but do well not to add too much).
3.Now turn your blender on for about 4-5 minutes.
 YOUR BANANA SMOOTHIE IS READY.
