PROCEDURE
1.Slice
the bananas into a blender (quantity depends on
the fill capacity of the blender and your own discretion),
2.Add
some ice cubes, 1 tablespoonful of vanilla (also under your taste discretion) preferably
add low fat milk(quantity is also to
your discretion but do well not to add too much).
3.Now
turn your blender on for about 4-5 minutes.
