The
reason why we fall sick is because our immune system “loses-out” in its fight
against a virus or bacteria. When we do however recover from a sickness, our
immune system is at a weaker-point and thus require a nutritious “ladder” to climb
back to an optimal point.
It’s natural for
everyone to develop grey hair as he/she grows older but adopting a healthy diet-regime
will help slow down the process and thus, help “tortoise” the “Usain Bolt”
rate of your greying.
Our skin is the ‘opportunity’ for anyone to
predict whether we are healthy or not. What your skin becomes DOES NOT 100%depend on the amounts you spend on skin-care products
but on what you eat.
It is not
the cosmetics that create the skin but skin cells that are nourished by the
foods you eat.
