●Then conjure all the concentration you have in you on the meal you are to ‘devour’.
●As well positively appreciate the aroma, taste and general abouts of the said meal.

preparedness of your digestive system to optimally breakdown and absorb
there-after.
●Distractions (like talking, TV, Laptop etc.) divides the attention of your brain
and will mean absolute concentration of your system on digestion will not be
achieved.
